  1. How Do I Shop Online?

  1. How Will I Know If You Have Received My Order?

During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from Bizbee.

  1. How Do I Check My Order Status?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

You can also track your order by visiting and clicking on theTrack Your Orderlink located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, you can either login, or type in your order information to get tracking.

You will need to provide your

  • Order Number
  • the Phone Number you used to place the order.

You can see the following details for each order:

  • the order number
  • the tentative delivery date and current tracking status of each product belonging to this order.
  1. Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card Online At

We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers – Razorpay and cashfree.

  1. What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If you place an order for an item which is not in stock, we will inform you through an email and credit your credit card within two business days of purchase. We will not retain your request for an out of stock product in a back-order system. In the future, we hope to be able to notify you when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for this product.

  1. Do I Have to Sign Up For A Bizbee Account To Buy Something At

You do not have to create an account on when you place an order and can simply proceed as a Guest Shopper. However, there are several benefits to creating an account. Please refer to the My Account page for more details.

  1. What if there is a defect in the product on delivery? Will I get the replacement in the same price, or will I have to pay full price?

Absolutely! If there is a defect in the product on delivery, we take full responsibility. We will send out a replacement for you. No additional charges too.

Bizbee shipping arrangements to your doorstep have been designed to ensure a zero-damage, hassle-free experience, please contact us immediately, in case:

  • Your item has any scratches or breakage that unfortunately might have occurred during transit warranting your item to be fixed
  • Your item arrives in damaged condition. All claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item

Your request for a repair or refund will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the item to ascertain the extent of the damage.

We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team. Refunds will be processed only after we have collected the product(s). Please allow up to 3 days for reverse pick up and subsequently to process the refund.

Unless you choose a different product (whose price is higher than the previous one), we will request you to pay the difference in price. But if the price is lower, we won’t be able to do a cash back or refund of the difference.

  1. Will there be After sales for these products?

Yes, the same rules apply 🙂 We will provide for a year’s warranty on the products specified in products warranty section. Don’t worry!

  1. Do these prices include delivery also?

Our delivery services come free for serviceable pincodes ONLY! No additional charges for those.

Yes, our prices are inclusive of all taxes, including GST.
