Do you ship to my city and location?
Yes, we cover over 16,000 pin codes across India, including all metro areas and major Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. We primarily use Shiprocket for deliveries nationwide.
For customers in Pune, we offer special services as our location and manufacturing are based there. We deliver directly using our own vehicles to all Pune pin codes, and we also provide installation services within Pune for added convenience.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Our general delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: Orders typically arrive within one week.
- Pune: Since our location is in Pune, we deliver within 5 days using our own vehicles and offer installation services for Pune customers.

How do I track my order status?
To track your order status, follow these steps:
Notification on Shipment: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS with order details, including a tracking link.
Tracking on Our Website: Visit www.bizbee.co.in and click on the “Track My Order” link in the upper right corner. You can either log in or enter your order information to access tracking details.
WhatsApp Updates: You’ll also receive order details through WhatsApp for added convenience.
When tracking your order, you will need:
- Your Order Number
- The phone number used when placing the order
You can view:
- Your order number
- The estimated delivery date
- The current status of each product in your order
What warranty does Bizbee have for its products?
Bizbee offers a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, with a product replacement if any defects are found. Please note that we do not offer refunds; our policy only allows for product replacement.
Is there a first time customer discount?
Yes, we do give discount to first time customer. Please check my account page for more information.
