How can I find my product?
To explore products within a category, click on its title in the menu. For example, click on “Furniture” to go to the Furniture landing page, where you’ll find subcategories to narrow down your selection.
Alternatively, hover over a category name to see a dropdown menu of subcategories. Select any of these to access a listing of products within that specific group.
On the product listing page, you can sort items by price, name, or popularity. When you find an item of interest, click on it to view detailed information, including available colors, sizes, and close-up images.
How to set up my account?
To set up your account, simply go to “My Account.” Alternatively, you can continue shopping as a Guest and choose to sign up during checkout if you wish to create a new account.
How to add products into your shopping cart?
To add products to your shopping cart, follow these steps:
- Select any necessary options, such as color, size, and quantity (if applicable).
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
Once the item is added, a notification will appear confirming it’s in your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout as needed.
If you’d like to keep browsing, you can do so at any time before completing your purchase. You may add multiple items to your cart until you’re ready to proceed to checkout.
How to review and change the Items in your shopping cart?
You can easily review and update the items in your shopping cart whenever you like.
To remove an item, click on the cross icon next to it.
To adjust the quantity, use the + or – buttons to increase or decrease the number of items.
Your order total will update automatically whenever you adjust the quantity.

Enter Address Details:
- For registered customers, any saved billing and shipping addresses will automatically fill in the Billing Address and Shipping Address sections.
- For guest checkout, you will need to manually enter this information.

Payment Process:
- You will be directed to our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.
- Enter your credit or debit card details, or select your bank for net banking transactions, then click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

Order Confirmation: Your payment will be processed in real time, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Shipping and Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll email you the courier’s name and tracking number. We will also send SMS and email notifications at different stages of your order, as well as order details via WhatsApp.

What does it mean when my order is Pending Verification or Awaiting Confirmation?
If your order status shows as Pending Verification or Awaiting Confirmation, there’s no need to worry.
Occasionally, technical issues at the payment gateway or the bank’s end can delay payment confirmation. In such cases, your order status may show Pending Verification. If the payment has already been debited from your account, please allow up to three business days for your bank to confirm the payment with us.
If the payment has not been debited, please contact us to cancel the pending order, and feel free to complete your purchase using the online payment option again or an alternative payment method.
If you used a coupon for an order that is pending, the coupon can only be used again if the pending order is cancelled.
