How do i shop online?
To shop online, please refer to our How To Order page, which walks you through the entire shopping process.
How will i know if you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed. Additionally, an order confirmation number will be sent to you via email from Bizbee.
How do i check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
You can also track your order by visiting www.bizbee.co.in and clicking on the Track Your Order link located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, you can either log in or type in your order information to get tracking.
You will need to provide your:
- Order Number
- The Phone Number you used to place the order
You can see the following details for each order:
- The order number
- The tentative delivery date and current tracking status of each product belonging to this order.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card online at bizbee.co.in?
What if an item is out of stock?
While we strive to keep all products in stock, there may be occasions when demand surpasses our supply. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you via email and process a refund to your payment method within two business days. Please note that we do not keep out-of-stock items on back-order. In the future, we hope to offer a notification service, so you’ll be alerted when the item becomes available again, allowing you to place a new order.
Do i have to sign up for a bizbee account to buy something at bizbee.co.in?
You do not have to create an account on bizbee.co.in to place an order and can simply proceed as a Guest Shopper. However, creating an account offers several benefits. For more details, please refer to the My Account page.
What if there is a defect in the product on delivery? Will I get the replacement in the same price, or will I have to pay full price?
Absolutely! If your product arrives defective, we take full responsibility. We will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Bizbee’s shipping arrangements are designed to ensure a smooth, zero-damage, and hassle-free experience. In the rare event that:
- Your item arrives with scratches or breakage that might have occurred during transit, requiring repairs.
- Your item is damaged upon delivery.
Please contact us immediately. Once we receive photos to assess the extent of the damage, we’ll process your request for a repair or replacement.
We kindly ask that you retain all packaging materials, unless otherwise instructed by our team. The replacement process will begin after we collect the damaged product(s). Please allow up to 3 days for reverse pickup, followed by time to process the replacement.
Unless you choose a different product (whose price is higher than the previous one), we will request you to pay the difference in price. But if the price is lower, we won’t be able to do a cash back or refund of the difference.
Will there be after sales for these products?
Yes, the same rules apply 🙂 We will provide for a 6 month warranty on the products specified in products warranty section. Don’t worry!
Do these prices include delivery also?
Our delivery services come free for serviceable pincodes ONLY! No additional charges for those.
