  1. How can I create an account with you?

Creating an account with Bizbee is easy! All you have to do is sign up with your social logins (Facebook works beautifully!) or your email address. We promise to send you only newsletters that are absolutely gorgeous, keep you informed of your orders, or any special offers that might come up.

Here is how you can get on board

  1. Head on over to the Sign-Up Page.
  2. Enter the details as requested – your email address and choose a password. Or, you can choose to sign up with your Google log-in or Facebook social login.
  3. Voila! You have an account with Bizbee now.

  • As a registered member of Bizbee, you do not need to enter your details like address every time you order. It is saved in My Account.
  • You can track all your orders by logging in to My Account with user email id and password.
  • Please Note: For other Promotions, offer end date will be mentioned on the website.
  • You can save items you are interested using the My Wish list feature; for easy purchase in the future If you choose to, you can get regular updates on new arrivals.

Coupons Terms & Conditions:

  • These coupons must be used within 30 days from the date of registration.
  • You should be logged in to Bizbee.co.in in order to use these coupons as they are mapped to your User ID.
  • On checkout, enter the coupon code in the Have a Coupon? box on the order summary page.
  • Each of these coupons can only be used once.
  • These coupons are not applicable on Gift cards and Hot Priced Items.
  • Cashback is calculated on the final paid value of the order and will be credited to your Bizbee wallet instantly.
  • Cashback is credited with an expiry date. Unused cashback credits cannot be used after the expiry date and cannot be refunded.
  • Cashback credits can be used to pay 25% of the shopping cart value and can be used along with other Bizbee coupons.

What are terms and conditions for the usage of a coupon?

  • You should be logged in to Bizbee.co.in in order to use these coupons as they are mapped to your User ID.
  • Bizbee reserves the right to decide whether or not a customer is eligible to use a coupon.
  • Bizbee reserves the right to decide the number of time times a customer is eligible to use a coupon.
  • Bizbee reserves the right to decide the start and the end date of a coupon.
  • Coupons are not applicable on Hot Priced products and Gift Cards
  • Bizbee reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of a coupon.
  • Bizbee reserves the right to cancel any order where it suspects misuse of coupons by using duplicate emails, mobile numbers or addresses. The decision of Bizbee Technologies LLP. will be final and binding in this respect.
  • Any B2B orders using the coupons will be cancelled. These intended users of these coupons are individual consumers. The decision of Bizbee Technologies LLP will be final and binding in this respect.
    1. How do I track my order from my account?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

You can also track your order by visiting www.bizbee.co.in and clicking on the Track Your Order link located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, you can either login, or type in your order information to get tracking.

You will need to provide your

  • Order Number
  • the Phone Number you used to place the order.

You can see the following details for each order:

  • the order number
  • the tentative delivery date and current tracking status of each product belonging to this order.

  1. What if I like a product and want to bookmark it?

You can Wishlist it! Create your own wishlist by clicking on the ‘heart’ symbol next to every product. If you are logged into your account (we highly recommend!), your wishlist automatically gets recorded and you can access it anytime.

  1. How do I change my account password?

To change your password, login and choose the My Profile options under your Account name. Here you can change your password by entering your current password and the new password.

  1. My password is not working, how do I Sign- In?

If you are not able to login using your password, try resetting your password.

  1. I have forgotten my password. How do I login to my account?

Click on ‘Login’ link on the top right-hand side of the page. This will open a window where you will see a ‘Forgot Password?’ link. Provide your registered email address and we will email you instructions for getting a new password.

  1. I am not able to find the Bizbee newsletter or emails in my inbox.

Sometimes, our newsletter may go in the junk or spam box of your email. If you find the newsletters from Bizbee in junk/spam box, please mark them as ‘not spam’ and add the sender to your contact. If you are using Gmail, our emails may also be under the Promotions or Updates tab. In such a case, just drag the email to the Primary tab.

  1. How do I unsubscribe from the Bizbee newsletters and offers?

If you no longer wish to receive our offers and exclusive deals, we will be sad to see you go but you can easily unsubscribe:

  • Open an email (Newsletter/Promotional offers)
  • You will find an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it

That’s it! You will not receive any newsletter thereafter.
